This is a contempt application arising out of an order dated 11th March, 2022. By the said order dated 11th March, 2022, the respondent no.5 in the writ petition was directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22nd December, 2020. The petitioner on the ground of delay on the part of the respondent no.5 in disposing of the representation has filed this contempt application on 12th July, 2022.

The respondent no.5 after being served with the contempt application by an order dated 23rd August, 2022 has disposed of the petitioner's representation dated 22nd December, 2020 by a reasoned order. A copy of the said order dated 23rd August, 2022 has been made over to Court, which is retained with the

record. The petitioner has also received a copy of the said order.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I find that the order, being the subject matter of the contempt application, has been complied with, though at a belated stage.

The contempt proceeding is, therefor, dropped. The contempt application is disposed of recording compliance by passing of the order dated 23rd August, 2022.
