Respondent nos.6&7 Re The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of informing the police authorities on or about 05.05.2025, no steps have been taken. According to the petitioner, he has been victimized of the circumstances because of inaction of the police authorities.

Primarily, there is a dispute for which information was furnished and, to that effect, Canning PS Case No. 472 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025 has already been registered for investigation.

Since the learned jurisdictional court is already in seisin of the issues, the remedies as sought for by the petitioner be addressed before the jurisdictional court. This Court will not interfere in cases where statutory courts are already in seisin of the issues until and unless exception circumstances are made out.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14906 of 2025 is disposed of.
