Mr. Joydeb Ghorai ..for the petitioner (in WPA 14251 of 2018 WPA 14253 of 2018) Pursuant to the previous order dated 6th February, 2024 affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioners is taken on record.

Mr. Joydeb Ghorai, learned advocate representing the petitioners in two writ petitions being WPA 14251 of 2018 and another writ petition being WPA 14253 of 2018 has submitted on instructions that the petitioners are not willing to proceed with the aforesaid two writ petitions.

However, no one is representing the respondents today.

In view of aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioners the writ petition being WPA 14251 of 2018 and another writ petition being WPA 14253 of 2018 stand dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution. Application, if pending, is also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
