Learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties submits that the petitioner has filed the present revisional application for expeditious disposal of L.R.A. Execution Case No. 04 of 2017 arising out of L.R.A. No. 02/2002, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court at Barasat.

The learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court at Barasat, is requested to dispose of L.R.A. Execution Case No. 04 of 2017 arising out of L.R.A. No. 02/2002, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order, without granting any adjournment whatsoever to any of the parties.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 1753 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
