Heard learned Advocate appearing for the parties. This matter has come up at the instance of learned Advocate appearing for the respondents-Customs Authority making prayer for extension of time for a period of seven days to implement the order dated 19th July, 2022, which according to him could not be implemented due to non-availability of the officer concerned, who was directed to implement the order and submits that due to genuine difficulty the order of this Court could not be implemented by the Authority concerned.

The time to implement the order of this Court dated 19th July 2022, is extended till 3rd August, 2022 positively.
