The petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of his nomination by the Block Development Officer on June 19, 2023.

The Court is of the opinion that the said rejection may be the subject matter of an election petition. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

Dismissal of the writ petition will, however, not stand in the way of the petitioner to file an election petition in accordance with law, if so advised. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
