Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in February, 2023. This Court directed the trial to be concluded within six months from the next date fixed before the trial court for recording evidence. The said time period has not expired. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.
