Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 491 days. The police submitted charge-sheet and, therefore, the continued detention of the petitioner is not required. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that there are eye witnesses' statements on record implicating the petitioner. She draws the attention of the Court to such eye witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. She also refers to the post mortem report.

This is the third application for grant of bail by the petitioner. Considering the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the post mortem report and the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection , we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 6492 of 2021 is dismissed.
