1. It is submitted by the learned Additional Solicitor General that this Court's order as modified by the Division Bench has been complied with. The Division Bench had directed constitution of the Committee to hear the grievances of the petitioner. The petitioner was heard and an order dated 30th August, 2024 was passed by the Committee.

2. The order copy of the Division Bench is kept on record.

3. The petitioner may take steps in accordance with law as he may be advised in respect of the order dated 30th August, 2024 passed by the Committee.

4. Hence, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application.

5. CPAN 995 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.

6. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7. There shall be no order as to costs.
