1. In the fourth line of first paragraph at page 1 of the order dated 05.08.2024, it has been inadvertently written "10.06.2020" instead of "10.06.2022".

2. Let it be corrected by inserting 10.06.2022 in place and instead of 10.06.2020.

3. Further in the judgment dated 09.07.2024 in the sixth line of first paragraph at page 1, the "Criminal Appeal No. 10 of 2022" should read as "Criminal Appeal No. 10 of 2020".

4. Department is directed to make necessary correction.

5. The other portion of the order dated 05.08.2024 and judgment dated 09.07.2024 will remain as same.

6. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 09.07.2024.
