The petitioner is an employee of the West Bengal Health Services and is, inter alia, seeking a direction upon the respondents to take immediate steps to have the petitioner's Service Book in order.

Admittedly, the petitioner is a State Government employee and, as such, the petitioner has to ventilate his grievances with regard to his service before the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. This Court lacks jurisdiction to receive, try and determine the instant writ petition.

The writ petition is, therefor, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all issues involved in the writ petition before the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal on the selfsame cause.
