Mr. Dutt, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner preferred an application under Section 12 of the P.W.D.V Act, 2005 in the month of June, 2022.

The prayer under Section 23(1) of the P.W.D.V Act is still pending for consideration of the learned trial court. It has been informed that the opposite party no.2 has already entered appearance on or about 16th September, 2022.

Learned advocate has pointed out that the next date is fixed on 17th July 2023. Accordingly, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat is directed that in complaint case No. 1022 of 2022 the prayer under Section 23(1) PWDV Act of the petitioner namely, Dolan Choudhury be considered and the same be disposed of by 17th August, 2023. No unnecessary adjournments should be granted to either of the parties. Learned C.J.M., Barasat on 17th July, 2023 would in his discretion fix regular dates which would enable the court to arrive at its findings on 17th August, 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2331 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
