1. We have heard the learned counsel representing the appellant.

2. In view of the date of imposition of the ban precedes the date of advertisement, no right has been accrued in favour of the petitioner. Learned Single Judge has rightly observed in dismissing the writ petition.

3. Under such circumstances, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

6. In view of the above, the appeal is accordingly dismissed along with the connected application.
