Zaman ... for the private respondent(s) The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property where sanction plan has been granted by the appropriate authorities and, inspite of the same, he is being resisted by the private respondents from raising construction.

Learned advocate also submits that there is no dispute regarding the sanction plan but inspite of the same the private respondents are obstructing.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that they happen to

be co-owner in respect of the same property and, as such, the acts and actions of the petitioner are being resisted. Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate, appears for the State and submits that the police authorities have kept a strict vigil and would ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the stained relationship existing between the parties.

However, the petitioner, if so advised, would approach the jurisdictional court for appropriate relief under the relevant provisions of law. In case, any directions are passed upon the police authorities, they would respect, obey and implement such order.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14884 of 2025 is disposed of.
