Petitioners seek early disposal of O.A. 3045 of 2023 (LRTT) pending before the West Bengal land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the date of hearing is fixed on December 4, 2025.

State and the private respondents do not oppose to the prayer for early disposal of the original application.

In such circumstances, learned Tribunal is requested to hear and dispose of O.A. 3045 of 2023 (LRTT) within a period of six months from December 4, 2025. W.P.L.R.T. 103 of 2025 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
