Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.
Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report of the victim and to the complaint lodged by the victim.
In her complaint, the victim implicates both the petitioners. The victim suffered grievous hurt. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the
petitioners is rejected.
C.R.M. (A) 3376 of 2022 is dismissed.
