From the report it transpires that the next date has been fixed before the trial court on 10.08.2023 for recording the evidence of CSW 2 and 3. The trial has commenced and prima facie materials are there on record to implicate the petitioner. Under the facts and circumstances, this Court is not willing to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for information.
