It is submitted by the petitioner that there is enmity between the parties and she has been falsely implicated. She has a seven month old suckling baby.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the statements recorded under Sections 161/164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure disclosing the presence of the petitioner as a member of the gang who were armed and assaulted the victim.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
