Learned advocate representing the Panihati Municipality has produced before this Court a copy of the communication dated 20.06.2022 addressed to the writ petitioners and the private respondents communicating the order of the Chairman of the Panihati Municipality.

It appears therefrom that the contemnor has considered the representation filed by the petitioners and passed a reasoned order.

In the event the petitioners are aggrieved by the reasons mentioned in the said order then it will be open for the petitioners to challenge the same in an appropriate proceeding in accordance with law, if so advised.

No further order is required to be passed in the present contempt application.

CPAN is disposed of.

The communication dated 20th June, 2022 signed by the Chairman of the Panihati Municipality be retained with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
