Considering the materials available in the case diary and the statement of the injured recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure read with the statement of the de-facto complainant recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. directly implicating the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. 3.

CRM (A) 2083 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
