82. The petitioner was initially shown as an unsuccessful candidate, but after passing of this judgement he should be declared as a qualified candidate.

Hence, the petitioner should be allowed to fill up the form online immediately for taking part in the ensuing selection process.

With the above observation, the matter is disposed of.

The petitioner is directed to communicate the gist of the order to the West Bengal Board of Primary

Education immediately though it has been passed in the presence of their learned advocate Mr. Biswas. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
