We have considered the materials on record.

Victim housewife had suffered homicidal death at her matrimonial home. This clinching piece of evidence implicates the petitioner. Date has been fixed for framing of charge on 14th July, 2023.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court shall consider the issue of framing of charge on the date fixed and if unable to do so, do the same positively within one month thereafter.

Parties shall communicate a copy of this order to the trial court for due compliance.
