The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the proceedings in G.R. Case No. 1585/2012 arising out of Goalpokher P.S. Case No. 258/2012 dated 26.06.2012 under Sections 364/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Islampur, Uttar Dinajpur.

It appears from the materials on record that the case relates to the year 2012 and the trial is still pending before the trial Court.

Considering that the revision is being disposed of, Mr. Bibaswan Bhattacharya, an empanelled lawyer of the State of West Bengal, present in Court being led by the learned Public Prosecutor, are appointed to represent the State in this case. Let their appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority. 4.

The revision is being disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within two years from the date of this order considering that the charge-sheet includes a charge under Section 302 of IPC.
