The petitioner has filed this contempt application complaining that the order passed by this court on 22.05.2023 has not been complied with. Copy of the contempt application has been served upon Dr. Patra, learned advocate who usually represents the School Service Commission.

Dr. Patra submits that the order has been complied with by such authorities.

After going through the said order, this court finds that only a direction was passed upon the Chairman of the School Service Commission to communicate the reasons as to why the prayer of the petitioner for transfer cannot be considered by the

authorities. It appears from the memo dated 02.06.2023 that the Secretary of the School Service Commission communicated the reasons as to why the prayer of the petitioner for transfer cannot be considered. It does not appear that there has been any non-compliance of the court's order.

In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision communicated to her vide memo dated 02.06.2023, it will be open to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law, if so advised.

With the above observation, the contempt application stands disposed of.
