1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary.

3. In view of the serious nature of allegations that the victim were assaulted and thereafter one of the victims was sexually assaulted, all because they had earlier initiated a proceeding against the petitioner and considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of a witness contained at page 29 of the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
