The petitioners approached this Court challenging the notice of show cause issued by the Bank as to why the petitioners shall not be declared as fraud. During pendency of the writ petition, final order declaring the petitioners as fraud has already been passed. At present there is a fresh cause of action which cannot be adjudicated in the pending writ petition.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.

It will be open for the petitioners to agitate the fresh cause of action before the competent forum in accordance with law, if so advised.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
