Order of anticipatory bail was passed in July, 2023. We are not convinced with the explanation given by the petitioner No.1/applicant with regard to the reasons why he did not appear and pray for regular bail within the time stipulated in the order.

In such view of the matter, application for extension of time to appear and pray for regular bail is rejected. 3.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is rejected.
