The report reflects that all efforts have been taken and the Investigating Officer Md. Sukchand Ali has been informed through Nowda Police Station, Murshidabad. He has also been informed regarding the next date of the case being 20th September, 2023. Steps have been taken to ensure his presence on the date so fixed by the police authorities. Superintendent of Police, Bongaon Police District would take the responsibility of the Investigating Officer being present before the learned trial court being learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Bongaon, North 24 Pargans, take assistance from the responsible police officer of Gopalnagar Police Station so that all the documents, materials which are required to be relied upon in the present case be made available before the court on the date so fixed i.e., 20th September, 2023. Steps be taken to complete the

examination-in-chief on 20th September, 2023 until and unless there are reasons for carrying it over to the next date. The learned Assistant Sessions Judge would fix continuous dates and immediately after completion of examination-in-chief, commence cross-examination. Within a week from 20th September, 2023 the evidence of the Investigating Officer should be completed. All arrangement may be made by the government for the Investigating Officer who has retired from the police service so that he may stay in a nearby location and assist in completion of prosecution evidence. The learned trial court would thereafter fix dates in the month of October for examination of the accused persons under Section 313 of Cr.PC. Two/three months' time be given after the court reopens after puja vacation for defence to adduce its evidence.

Judgement of the case be pronounced by 31st March, 2024. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2461 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
