Shabana Hasin, learned advocate 11.7.2024 (Item No. 35) (AB) appearing for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the direction of this Court made on July 4, 2024 the necessary appointment letter dated July 10, 2024 has been received by the petitioner.
Mr. Lalit Mohan Mahata, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 8 submits a report dated July 10, 2024 issued under the signature of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Domkal, Murshidabad confirming the appointment of the petitioner, the same is taken on record.
It is needless to mention that, upon compliance of all the formalities and requirement the petitioner shall join her employment forthwith. The State authority shall take all necessary steps in this regard forthwith.
The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, the appointment of the private respondent was approved on and from October 19, 2022.
In view of the above, the petitioner shall be granted all notional benefits in every respect on and from October 19, 2022 in accordance with law. Mr. Ankan Das, learned advocate appears for private respondent No. 10. He submits that, since the employment of the private respondent has been cancelled she has been suffering.
This is a totally independent cause of action, if any, available with the private respondent and no decision is rendered on such event in this writ petition.
It is made clear that, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the contention of the private respondent.
In view of the above, nothing further survives in this writ petition.
Accordingly, this writ petition, WPA 14937 of 2023 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
