Heard learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties. Considered their submission and perused the relevant record from which it appears that against the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has made a representation on 17th May, 2023 being Annexure P-4 to the writ petition, before the Divisional Forest Officer, Purba Medinipur Forest Division/respondent No.3, which is still pending. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 14957 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No.3 to dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 17th May, 2023, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and private respondent Nos. 4 and 5, within

a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
