State has submitted a report which reflects regarding transactions and the police authorities having considered that the dispute is civil in nature, have drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities already have drawn up

proceedings under Section 126 of the BNSS, they would ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14878 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
