14.03.2013 within the premises of Dum Dum Correctional Home. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under the facts and circumstances, the instant appeal i.e. CRA 443 of 2006 gets abated and accordingly disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the Department and learned trial court for due compliance.
