In terms of the order dated 6th July, 2023 a report has been filed by the State Election Commission. We have perused the report and we find from the report that the State Election Commissioner has personally verified all the documents as well as videography at the time of withdrawal of the nomination and has found that there is no illegal

act has been committed in the cases as alleged by the petitioners. The said report is placed on record and the writ petition stands dismissed leaving it open to the aggrieved persons to take steps in accordance with law.
