Petitioner preferred the present writ petition for effective steps being taken in connection with Jangipara Police Station Case No.398 of 2023, however, State has submitted a report which reflects that charge-sheet was already submitted when the writ petition was preferred.

In view of the charge-sheet having been submitted, if the petitioner has further grievance, the same be ventilated before the learned Magistrate in seisin of Jangipara Police Station Case No.398 of 2023.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16006 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
