The matters have been brought to the list for correction of the order dated January 14, 2022. In paragraph 2 and paragraph 5 at page 2 of the said order due to typographical error, the number of one of the Civil Revisional Applications decided by the said order has been wrongly gone down as CO 481 of 2021 instead of CO 481 of 2020.

The department is directed to carry out necessary corrections, as indicated above in the order dated January 14, 2022 and also in the certified copy of the said order if supplied to the parties.

Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
