Vs.

The State Mr. Prabir Majumder ...for the petitioners Mr. Prabir Majumder, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is present.

The instant criminal revision was filed challenging legality, propriety and validity of an order passed by the learned trial Judge in Sessions Case No.64(6) 2004 allowing the prayer of the prosecution to summon the Headmaster or teacher-in-charge of Ranichara Sri Chaitannya High School with admission register. On the last date when the matter was listed, this Court requested Mr. Majumder, learned advocate for the petitioners to ascertain as to whether the Sessions Case No. 64(6) 2004 has already been disposed of or not. Mr. Majumder submits on instruction that the said Sessions Case has already been disposed of and final judgment has been delivered by the trial Court.

In view of such circumstances, the instant revision becomes infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant criminal revision is dismissed being infructuous.
