Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that severe injuries were inflicted upon the brother of the petitioner. To that effect information was furnished to the police authorities but the police authorities did not furnish any information regarding the steps taken by them. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Chandrakona PS case no. 17/25 dated 15.01.2025 was registered under the relevant provisions of law.
Subsequently, charge-sheet has been submitted in connection with Chandrakona PS CS No. 261/25 and after completion of investigation the result of the investigation was also informed to the writ petitioner. Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps in consonance with the provisions of law, if the petitioner is aggrieved regarding any steps in course of the investigation, petitioner under the relevant
provisions of law would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate.
With the aforesaid observations WPA 14947 of 2025 is disposed of.
Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
