WPA 15279 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 3 being the Sub-Divisional Officer cum Executive Magistrate, Tehatta Sub-Division, Tehatta, to pass the final order pursuant to the hearing held on 28th March, 2022, within a period of four weeks

from date. A copy of the final order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing such order.
