Petitioner complains that there was a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent which on consideration primarily reflected to be a family feud. The information which was furnished by the petitioner was reduced to Daspur Police Station case no. 331/25 dated 08.07.2025.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no.10 submits that a family feud is forcefully attempted to be converted in a criminal case and the primary intention of the writ petitioner is to grab the property by taking police assistance.

Having considered that the police authorities have already taken steps and FIR has been registered, I direct that if the petitioner is aggrieved by any further act and

action, petitioner will approach the jurisdictional Court for other reliefs prayed for.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14948 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
