Learned advocate for the State submits that date has been fixed for recording remaining prosecution witnesses on and from 9th September, 2022.
We have considered the materials on record including the evidence led on behalf of the prosecution. The aforesaid materials implicate the petitioner in the murder. We are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
