It is submitted that she did not abet the suicide of her husband.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including suicide note of the deceased. The deceased stated petitioner was leading an immoral life and as a consequence thereof he committed suicide. Keeping in mind the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
