Having regard to the report so submitted by the State and the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional Court as also the fact that the interim bail of the petitioner being granted by the learned Magistrate is still pending, I am of the opinion that on the next date i.e. November 10, 2022 so fixed before the learned Magistrate, the complainant

will have an audience along with the accused and the State before the learned Court arrives at an opinion regarding the final outcome of confirmation.

With the aforesaid observations C.R.M. (SB) 165 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
