It appears that the victim girl was recovered and kept with the Child Welfare Committee, Purba Medinipur at Snehachhaya C.C.I.

The Officer-in-Charge, Patashpur Police Station, Purba Medinipur has handed over the victim girl to the petitioner Chandan Kumar Dhal, who is the father of the victim girl.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

The report of the Officer-in-Charge, Patashpur Police Station, Purba Medinipur dated September 26, 2022 be kept with the record.

Let a copy of such report be handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.
