Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of title suit no. 123 of 2019 having been decreed in his favour, the private respondents are unnecessarily interfering with the property of the petitioner. To that effect, petitioner informed Contai Police Station on or about 30.05.2023.

Having considered the nature of the prayers advanced in the writ petition and that the petitioner is aggrieved that no steps have been taken by the police authorities, I grant liberty to the petitioner that if the inconveniences are presently faced, petitioner will file a fresh representation with the Inspector-in-charge of Contai Police Station who would take steps in accordance with law. In the meantime police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or

any untoward incident resulting from the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14943 of 2023 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
