252 of 2025 has already been registered for investigation.

Having considered the same, the police authorities are directed to take the investigation to its logical conclusion within

a reasonable period of time.

So far as the issue relating to possession is concerned, the petitioner will approach the jurisdictional civil court for appropriate remedies.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14905 of 2025 is disposed of.
