Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved by the act and action of the Officer-inCharge, Kolaghat Police Station. Report submitted by the State reflects that Kolaghat Police Station drew up Kolaghat PS Zero FIR No.0/24 dated 15.03.2024 under Sections 363/365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is also reflected from the report that a case was also registered at Ashoke Nagar Police Station, Bengaluru Vide No.39/24 dated 07.02.2024 on the complaint of one Sayed Nasir Hossain.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner was informed regarding the prayer for administrative transfer, I am of the opinion that at the relevant point of time when the information was furnished, police authorities had taken appropriate steps, further interference by this Court at this belated stage is unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 15985 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
