3) In the writ petition, the West Bengal School Service Commission (Selection for Appointment to the Posts of Assistant Teachers for Upper primary Level of Classes [except Work Education and Physical Education], Classes IXX and Classes XI-XII) Rules, 2025 and recruitment notification dated 30th May, 2025 issued under memo no.

1092/7016/CSSC/ESTT/2025 have been questioned by untainted candidates who

participated in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 for Classes IX-X and XI-XII.

4) State respondents, West Bengal Central School Service Commission and West Bengal Board of Secondary Education are represented by learned advocates.

5) Having considered the issue involved in this writ petition, this Court finds that judgment passed by this Court on 7th July, 2025 on a batch of writ petitions first one being WPA 12505 of 2025 (Sanjoy Kumar Doloi & Anr.) applies. Issues which are involved in this writ petition were taken into consideration in the judgment dated 7th July, 2025 passed in Sanjoy Kumar Doloi (supra).

6) Hence, in terms of judgment and order dated 7th July, 2025 passed in Sanjoy Kumar Doloi (supra) present writ petition is disposed of. 7) Let a copy of the judgment dated 7th July, 2025 duly signed by the Assistant Registrar (Court) be retained with the record.

8) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
