Record of this revisional application reflects that there was a direction on July 23, 2009 to effect service upon the opposite party. No interim order is reflected in the records stalling the proceedings in respect of the aforesaid case. This court has not been informed regarding the present stage of the proceedings. As such, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for. Petitioners would be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the time of final arguments of the case.
Accordingly, CRR 2408 of 2009 is disposed of.
All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
