Case no. 8 of 2018 pending before the learned Judge, Special (CBI), Court No. 1, Bichan Bhawan, Calcutta, the matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite party. The opposite party shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

This Court is informed that the complaint was filed on December 14, 2018 and charge is yet to be framed. In view of the above, this Court directs the learned Judge, Special (CBI), Court No. 1, Bichan Bhawan, Calcutta to dispose of the M.L. Case no. 8 of 2018 pending before him as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. CRR 2513 of 2024 is disposed of.
