It has been submitted that the petitioner's cultivation is being disturbed by the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that no right, title and interest is vested with the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the State refers to the order passed by the BL&LRO and submits that the findings

which have been made under Section 15A of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 is an appealable order.

Additionally, it has been submitted that the nature of the dispute complained of is absolutely a family dispute.

Having considered the stand of the State as also the rival contentions of both the petitioner as well as the private respondents, I direct that the police authorities will only keep surveillance so that no breach of the peace and tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14954 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
